The cause behind the code
A man once ran a small business and supported his family with dignity. When his wife was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, he spent his savings and sacrificed his business to pay for her treatment. Today, he is struggling to provide for his family.
Immediate food assistance has been arranged, but the goal is to help him start a small business again so he can earn a living and support his family independently. Through Code for a Cause, we're bringing programmers together to raise funds and help him get a fresh start.
Every registration, donation, and share brings us closer to that goal.

How it works
- Choose your category and create a free account for it; the Register tab shows you exactly where.
- Register. Enter your details and platform username, pay the entry fee, and attach a screenshot of the payment.
- Join your WhatsApp group. The link appears as soon as your registration is submitted.
- Wait for verification. An organizer checks your transaction ID and screenshot, then your contest link appears on your dashboard.
- Compete, then check the proof. After the event the donation receipt and winners are posted here.

Every registration is a donation. Emails are partly hidden, and people can choose to hide their name too (only the first 3 letters show). Pending means the payment has not been checked yet.
Verify
Check things for yourself. These checks never show anyone else's details.
Verify my donation
Enter the CNIC you registered with. You will see only your own status and amount.
Verify the recipient
🔒 How your CNIC is handled: It is never stored. Only a one-way fingerprint is kept, made with a secret key that is not in the database, so it cannot be turned back into a number. These checks are limited to a few tries per hour to stop guessing.
